Vans has officially opened the foors to its first Vault By Vans pop-up boutique retail space in New York City’s Lower East Side this month.
For those unfamiliar, Vault By Vans was first established in 2003, and rolls out products that represent the brand’s commitment to pinnacle product design, through premium collaborators and exclusive partnerships.
“Being in one of the fashion capitals of the world, New York is a great place to roll out the first Vault by Vans store,” said Stephen Mills, Vans’ VP of Global Footwear Product Merchandising. “New York embodies an eccentric culture and art scene, and through Vault by Vans, we can provide an outlet to further ignite creative expression.”
The new store will support and engage the local community through unique events and activations over the coming months.
One of the first highlights is the brand’s recent collaboration with Modernica on an exclusive capsule of footwear and furniture — all of which are featured in the new Vault by Vans store. Also, to celebrate the pop-up boutique, Vans will collaborate with Juxtapoz for a special partnership in the upcoming months.
